ALSO ryhtyy yhteistyöhön Sundown AI:n kanssa tekoälyn tuomiseksi yrityksiin

ALSO ja Sundown AI alkavat tehdä yhteistyötä tekoälyn käytön lisäämiseksi eurooppalaisissa yrityksissä. Sundown AI:n ansiosta ALSO Cloud Marketplace voi tarjota seuraavan sukupolven edistyksellistä teknologiaa, joka auttaa yrityksiä ja organisaatioita pienentämään kustannuksia, parantamaan tuottavuutta ja lisäämään asiakastyytyväisyyttä.

Sundownin tuote on algoritmeja ja koneoppimista hyödyntävä Chloe-tekoälysovellus, joka voi vastata sähköpostissa, tekstiviesteissä, verkkokeskustelussa ja sosiaalisessa mediassa esitettyihin toistuviin kysymyksiin. Automatisoimalla asiakaspalvelua ja myyntitoimintoja Chloe auttaa vakiintuneita yrityksiä kasvamaan. Sovellus pystyy myös oppimaan kokemuksistaan ja tulemaan entistä älykkäämmäksi ajan myötä.
