ALSO inleder samarbete med Sundown AI för att göra företagen smartare

Sundowns produkt är Chloe, ett AI-system med algoritmer och funktioner för maskininlärning som kan besvara repetitiva frågor från e-postmeddelanden, texter, chattar och sociala medier. Genom automatisering av kundservice och försäljning hjälper Chloe befintliga företag att växa. Dessutom kan systemet lära sig av sina erfarenheter med hjälp av ny information och bli smartare med tiden.
