OFFICE 365 FOR SMALL BUSINESSES
Find out why more small and mid-sized enterprises are using Office 365
to get their businesses off the ground and into the cloud.
Microsoft Office 365 combines all the tools that small and medium-sized businesses require to get and stay ahead of the curve. A subscription delivers immediate wins, such as ease of set up, increased productivity and improved security. It also offers longer term benefits, including continual automatic updates, stronger regulatory compliance and scalability.
Taken together, these benefits give smaller enterprises the edge they need to compete and succeed.
Office 365 brings value for small businesses that need to be mobile and flexible. The subscription bundles the latest versions of best-in-class productivity apps, such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, which can be accessed from anywhere and on any device.
Create, edit and save documents in OneDrive, then decide who can collaborate in real-time. Files can be accessed securely by PC, iOS, Android and Windows devices, a particular advantage when working with remote or freelance colleagues.

Office 365 includes enterprise-class security features to protect company and customer data. Message Encryption prevents anyone other than the intended recipient from reading an email, while Data Loss Prevention identifies sensitive information in emails and prevents it being released outside the organisation. Data can also be easily wiped from mobile devices if they are lost or stolen.
Office 365 comes with Advanced Threat Analytics built in, which identifies suspicious activity and alerts users before damage can occur. Also included is Advanced Threat Protection, a cloud-based email filtering service that provides real-time protection against malware and harmful links.

Office 365 gives small businesses access to enterprise-class communication tools, including group chat and video conferencing in Microsoft Teams. A channel can be created for each project and other Office 365 apps can be linked as tabs so teams can plan, organise and collaborate without leaving the Teams app.
The Office 365 suite also includes Yammer, a social network for business. Yammer keeps small businesses focused and on track by enabling employees to spontaneously connect and share knowledge wherever their busy schedule takes them. Everyone stays in sync with the latest developments and the people and information they rely on to do their job.
