Customer Service Online (CSO)

In the CSO tool you can request returns for defects and DOA’s within the warranty/DOA period and commercial returns. You can also submit a complaint for wrong deliveries/quantities, transport damage and incorrect prices/invoices. There is also a possibility to check the status of the requests.
