Personnel Change in Group Management

As of today, there is a change in the Group Management of ALSO-Actebis. After 5 years of service, Maija Strandberg has decided to leave the Group and to pursue new challenges. Maija Strandberg joined the Group in 2007 and was appointed Managing Director of ALSO Finland Oy in 2008. Since 1 May 2009, she was a member of the Group Management. She has successfully integrated the Finland Operation into the Group and adjusted the organization to the challenges in the industry. The Board of Directors thank Maija Strandberg for her big efforts in all these years. Until a new Managing Director is found, Anti Kuiv, responsible for the Value Business, and Urs Windler, ex-CFO of former ALSO Group, will jointly be responsible for the Finnish operation on an ad interim basis. The position in the Group Management will not be replaced.
