Overview of ALSO’s 2026/2027 share buyback program

On 12 March 2026 ALSO Holding AG started the previously announced share buyback program at market prices on the first trading line. The maximum number of shares that may be repurchased under this new program on any given trading day is 12’244.

The program is planned to run for two years (until 10 March 2028). The volume is capped at a maximum of 120 million euros. The repurchased shares will be used for treasury purposes, financing of acquisitions and long-term incentives for the management of the company.
