Share buyback successfully executed

On 10 August 2022 ALSO Holding AG started a share buyback program at market pices on the first trading line.

The volume was capped at a maximum of 100 million euros and ended on 21 July 2023. The repurchased shares will be used for treasury purposes, financing of acquisitions and long-term incentives for the management of the company.
