Board of Directors will be reduced

On the date of the Annual General Meeting 2013 (March 7, 2013), Herbert H. Jacobi (79) and Peter Bühler (67) will step down as Directors of the Board of ALSO-Actebis Holding AG. The two positions will not be replaced, thus reducing the number of Directors from eight to six. The Board expresses its sincere gratitude to both Directors for their valuable contribution to the successful development of the Group.
