| ALSO Expo 2018 Set Up and Dismantling Schedule Stands produced by external builders will be set up on 3 October 2018 between 8.00 am – 10.00 pm. The production company authorised by the vendor will be fully responsible for stand structure transportation, reception at Tampere Hall, dismantling and removal. Stand construction in Park Foyer, hallway and Duetto between 4 pm‐10 pm • Stands will be ready for exhibitors at 4 pm. • All products coming from the ALSO warehouse will be transported to the stands in roller cages. ALSO Expo is dismantled on 5 October 2018 between 7.00 am and 12 noon by which time all ALSO Expo items must have been retrieved from Tampere Hall. Vendor’s Expo-shipments
Shipments directly to the Tampere hall
Shipments can be delivered to the Tampere hall only on the construction day 3th of October between 8-14 hrs. Ask the client to inform the forwarder about this timetable. Shipments should be marked with the client's name, hall (eg. Sorsapuistosali or Duetto) and reference ALSO 4.10
