ALSO Finland Oy:n ympäristöpolitiikka

ALSO Finland Oy:lle myönnettiin ISO 14001 ympäristösertifikaatti vuonna 2017 ja olemme sitoutuneet pitämään sen. Huomioimme toiminnassamme ympäristönäkökohdat niin ympäristönsuojelun, ympäristöriskien kuin ympäristön kuormituksen näkökulmista. Tavoitteemme on toimia niin, että ympäristövaikutuksia syntyy mahdollisimman vähän: säästämme luonnonvaroja vähentämällä materiaalien ja energian kulutusta sekä tehostamme kierrätystä.

Henkilökunta

Tavoitteiden ja päämäärien saavuttamiseen on sitoutunut koko henkilökunta yritysjohtoa myöten. Koulutamme ja kannustamme henkilökuntaamme huomioimaan ympäristönäkökohdat toiminnassaan. Toimintaamme seurataan säännöllisillä ympäristöauditoinneilla. Yritysjohtomme tekee näiden ympäristötarkastusten tuloksien pohjalta vaaditut muutokset toimintaamme, jotta ympäristöpäämäärät saavutetaan.

Lisäksi yrityksen toimistotyöntekijöillä on etätyömahdollisuus, jolla on positiivisia vaikutuksia ympäristön näkökulmasta. ALSO Finlandin organisaatiorakenne on kevyt, joten ympäristöön vaikuttavia uusia toimintatapoja on helppo ja nopea ottaa käytäntöön.
