This session will be presented in Finnish
Henri Tuomilehto is a sleep physician and adjunct professor who has studied sleep for more than 20 years. He has helped thousands of corporate clients, elite athletes, and people suffering from sleep disorders improve their sleep and recovery.
In the ALSO EXPO 2026 Wellbeing Morning keynote, Henri Tuomilehto explores how the increasing demands of modern working life, constant interruptions, and a growing stream of stimuli affect recovery and brain function. The keynote provides up-to-date insights into the importance of sleep, along with practical perspectives on recovery, wellbeing, and performance.
