Perform or Be Left Behind – The Impact of Pressure on Performance, Well-being, and Teamwork
Paulus Arajuuri is a former captain of Finland’s national football team and a professional footballer with an international career. The Huuhkajat’s journey to Finland’s first-ever UEFA European Championship demonstrated what strong, supportive teamwork can achieve at its best.
ALSO EXPO 2026 will kick off with Paulus’s keynote speech, where he will share experiences from the world of elite sports. His diverse career across different teams and environments has given him valuable perspectives on performance, handling pressure, leadership, and teamwork.
