Technical Support Specialist
(Dutch, Finnish, French, German, Norwegian, Swedish)

Location: Berlin

To support our growth, we're looking for new talent in Technical Support Specialist (Dutch, Finnish, French, German, Norwegian, Swedish).

Job description:

  • You will manage incoming customer requests via phone, email and chat.
  • You will troubleshoot issues and find solutions to re-sellers.
  • You will ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • You will solve service requests effectively independently, together with our internal 2nd level and/or Service Providers.

About the successful candidate:

  • You have gained first experience working in technical support or customer service.
  • You have a customer service oriented mindset and readiness to continuously learn something new.
  • You are self-motivated, highly-dedicated and have a structured approach to work.
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ideally, you have previous experience in some of the following fields: Office365, Exchange, Active Directory, SharePoint, Skype For Business or virtual servers.
  • You are a social nature so you will positively represent our company to clients and provide empathetic and ever-friendly customer service .
  • Our company language is English but you are also fluent in Dutch, Finnish, French, German, Norwegian, Swedish.
