The Next Normal is the state after the crisis. The Next Normal after the Corona pandemic, for example, is characterized by a great leap in digitalization and an increasingly hybrid everyday life, whether it's work, meetings or events.

One of ALSO's focus projects in 2020 was the New Working and New Management Style initiative. All employees methods and tools to prioritize their tasks, structure their days, make meetings shorter and more efficient, and implement dashboards to monitor business and project performance. The pandemic increased the urgency of this initiative, which began as early as 2019.
