Junior AP Accountant with English

Szczecin

You will be responsible for:

  • Booking of goods invoices, credit notes for foreign commodities EU (including IC) and local commodities
  • Booking purchase discounts from local counterparties and foreign counterparties withing EU and outside EU
  • Compensation trade
  • Analyzing and reconciliation of balances and settlements
  • Preparation of correction notes
  • Confirmation of balances and reconciliation of settlements
  • Purchase order reconciliation, explanation of discrepancies
  • Archiving documentation
  • Reconciliation of RMA returns
  • Performing three-way matching for non-trade and inter-company payables
  • Running month end closing reports

Your Profile

  • Experience in accounting (min. 1 year)
  • Experience in handling A/P process will be an asset
  • Bachelor's od Master Degree, preferably in finance, accounting or similar field
  • Good knowledge of English language
  • Experience with SAP system would be an asset
  • Good MS skills knowledge, especially Excel
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Great attention to details
  • Good organization skills and a willingness to learn
  • Pro-activeness and improvements driver
  • Teamwork spirit
