Job Description
- Be the customer's main contact person in ALSO
- Identify how the customer wants to be followed up from ALSO regarding product training, selling, follow-up, information flow, etc.
- Prepare a weekly report for follow-up of customers
- Ensure that ALSO becomes a prioritized partner
- Have knowledge of the customer's organization, business concept, employees and other information that is crucial to be able to process the customer in an efficient manner as early as possible
- Follow-up of sales objectives, and sell the entire product and service portfolio
- Follow-up of budgets / plans with measures regarding possible deviations (weekly or monthly)
- Actively work to achieve the company's goals
- Develop and maintain required level of technical competence
Your profile
- Successfully finished studies in Economics / Business Administration or equivalent
- Experience in an international environment
- Selling, communicative and relations-oriented personality
- High-potential to adapt, cooperate, analyze and create good solutions
- Knowledge of Latvia, Russian and English languages
- Ability to build and utilize a broad network
- Driven, dedicated and goal focused with a ‘can do’ attitude as well as a high social mindset
