At the heart of our supply business is the ALSO E-Commerce webshop. It serves as an effective and efficient 24/7 purchasing platform for our resellers, whom we enable to distribute products to the end customers.
In our webshop we are striving to establish a fully automated sales and marketing process. Its comprehensive search engine shows all product details, pricing and availability in real-time. Customers have a complete overview of their open and closed orders, invoices and the delivery status of current orders. A multitude of tools ranging from collecting and consolidating orders during the day, a ‘re-order’ functionality, qualitative configurators to find the right supplies, licenses and vendor-specific products to receiving instant specific project prices from key vendors, are all intended on making shopping as fast, secure and convenient as possible. Even online webinars and trainings are available via the shop. Analytics dashboards give ALSO the insight to constantly increase the relevance of the portfolio and optimize customer experience.

These buyers are not necessarily served directly by the vendors of IT products. These manufacturers use ALSO as their multiplier and amplifier as well as their sensor in the market.
