The Solutions Business Stack provides a general direction for each solution and shapes the process of indivudual projects. The highlighted project phases were particularly important for this new success story.

Looking for:
Scalability, automated provision of resources, simple usage-based billing & metering – the managed provider ITgration was looking for these attributes in a new cloud platform. Something that could easily be tailored to suit customer needs, while at the same time being intuitive to use and elegant. Ideally this would take the form of a self-service portal that customers could use to “look after” themselves.
as a service provider, ITgration wanted to make consumption easier for their customers. The company wanted to play as small a role as possible in order to be able to keep more capacity free for the further development of the business. The previous solution simply no longer met the needs of the customer, nor did it meet the expectations of ITgration.
The framework and structure of the Solutions Business Stack is provided by project management, which is where all the threads come together. We support you as a single point of contact during the entire project cycle, enabling you to offer your customers all services from a single source.
The ALSO Solutions Business Team supports you in analyzing & consulting your customers. The current challenges and problems of your customer are addressed in detail. Initial approaches to solutions on your part are also taken into account. The focus of our analysis and consulting is on finding the right solutions for your customer's specific challenges.
The next step is to design and configure the appropriate solution. Our Solutions Business Team draws on the know-how of internal departments and the vendors. Each configuration is a customized combination of various product & service modules, taking into account the latest technologies and market trends.
Sometimes a solution convinces the customer immediately, however, the price threatens to become a showstopper. The ALSO Solutions Business Team provides you with suitable financing concepts to solve this challenge. Furthermore, financing concepts allow an easy entry into the managed service concept.
The right solution for your customer may consist of components you are not familiar with. In this case the marketing and presentation at the customer becomes a challenge. If know-how for a special solution is not available, we are happy to support you during the presentation. If necessary, we can also call on the experts from our specialist departments or even the vendors. Furthermore, we provide solution-specific documents for marketing.
Procurement & Logistics has been ALSO's core competence for decades. This includes the availability of products as well as fast and reliable delivery.
The solution contains components you do not have a technician for? Or you have to send technicians to different (customer) locations at the same time to implement the solution and you don’t have the capacity?
We can assist and organize professional support, which will carry out the installation and migration on your behalf at the customer's site, so the solution can be deployed without risk.
We also offer preparatory services, such as staging of devices and subsequent roll-out.
After deployment, the operating phase follows. If required, we integrate monitoring and support concepts into the solution. This way, for example necessary SLAs of the customer can be ensured. Through 1st, 2nd or 3rd level support, our own call center, field services or monitoring concepts, we integrate the right service for every need.
Your customer is satisfied and has only one last hurdle you have to take: the existing hardware, which still "does its job".
By remarketing your customer's hardware, proceeds from the sale of the old equipment can reduce the purchase price of the new solution. The protection of company data is guaranteed by a certified data deletion process.
The good collaboration with ALSO has left its mark. ITgration has now transferred all its Microsoft Cloud licences to ALSO and has a broader awareness of the ALSO portfolio and the possibilities on offer. This project has created a lasting win-win situation characterised by strong customer loyalty and a relationship based on partnership. A joint stance is taken to meet the requirements of the market in a solution-oriented way.
