How is HPE ROK different from other versions of Microsoft Windows Server?
HPE ROK licenses give your customers the exact same versions of Windows Server OS that they’re already used to, but with additional drivers and optimisations included that take full advantage of the advanced hardware features of HPE Proliant Servers.
For this reason, HPE ROK licenses are BIOS locked to make sure they’re only run on HPE servers.
