Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy CRM Specialist to manage and optimize our customer relationship management systems. The ideal candidate will blend technical expertise, data analysis, and strategic thinking to enhance customer engagement, drive marketing initiatives, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM System Management:
- Maintain and continuously update the CRM database, ensuring customer information is accurate, complete, and properly segmented.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze customer data to uncover insights on behavior and trends. Develop and present actionable reports to key stakeholders to inform strategic decisions.
Campaign Management:
- Design, execute, and monitor CRM-driven marketing campaigns, including email marketing, lead nurturing programs, and customer onboarding initiatives.
Customer Segmentation:
- Develop and manage targeted customer segments based on behavioral, demographic, and transactional data to personalize communications and optimize engagement strategies.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for enhancing CRM processes and customer interaction workflows, improving both operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
System Integration:
- Ensure seamless integration of the CRM system with marketing automation platforms, sales tools, and customer service applications.
User Training and Support:
- Provide training sessions and ongoing support for internal users, enabling effective and consistent use of CRM tools and resources.
Customer Feedback Management:
- Collect, manage, and analyze customer feedback to drive service improvements, refine product offerings, and enhance customer experience.
Compliance and Data Security:
- Ensure customer data is collected, stored, and used in compliance with GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations, upholding the highest standards of data security and privacy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present insights.
- Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of data protection laws and regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
- Experience with marketing automation and system integration is a plus.
- Fluent in English (B2-C2)
Preferred Skills:
- CRM certification (Salesforce Administrator, HubSpot CRM Certification, etc.)
- Familiarity with marketing campaign tools and customer journey mapping.
