On Tuesday, 28 May 2008, ALSO announced the organizational changes taking place within the ALSO Group in connection with the complete takeover of GNT. This announcement led to the erroneous impression that the existing Group Management board would be enlarged to include a further three persons. What has happened, in fact, is that an additional management committee has been set up under existing Group Management, which comprises members of the current Group Management board together with Laisvunas Butkus, Maija Strandberg and Rolf J. Werder. The existing Group Management board remains unchanged and consists of Michael Dressen, Marc Schnyder, Thomas C. Weissmann, Hans Wyss and Peter Zurbrügg.
